Are your services guaranteed?
We will do what is needed in order to rectify the situation.
What are your working hours?
We work from 8am until 5pm.
Do you work at the weekend?
Weekend working can be completed by prior arrangement. Contact us for further information
What is your availability?
We will be able to discuss available slots when you contact us.
Can you clean while I am away?
Of course. We are happy to be given keys, or have use of a key box if you are happy.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we accept cash payments and bank transfers.
What services do you provide?
We provide a general clean of your house. Happy to discuss any specific needs with you when booking or during our visit.
Do you have to come to the property in order to give me a quote?
This is not necessary. We just ask if you can describe your property and we can then discuss what would suit you best.
Who provides the cleaning materials and products?
We supply all cleaning materials and equipment.
I need regular cleaning once a week, is it possible?
Absolutely, however this can only be completed if there are available slots.
Is it up to me which day of the week the cleaner will come?
We will do our best to accommodate however it will be dependent on the slots available at the time.
Do you help with putting on new bed linen, or feeding my pet and letting them out

Do you clean mould or mildew?
Mould and mildew are very hard to clean due to their specific nature. Depending on the level at which it has spread, we might be able to clean it to a certain extent, although we cannot provide any guarantees. Please let us know if mould and mildew are one of the tasks you want us to perform.
